“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”  John 3:16

Many people see February as a month of love, perhaps because of Valentine’s Day of February 14^th.  However, long before St. Valentine or Valentine’s Day, Jesus declared the love of God for this world meaning the people of this world.

In fact, God loves this world so much that a great sacrifice was made when God gave His Son Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. This month, let us not only celebrate human love, but let us reflect on the great love of God for all of us.
